Returns & Exchanges

We hope you absolutely love every piece you bring home from Atelier & Co. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept returns on eligible merchandise according to the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders) for a refund to the original form of payment.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition

• Unwashed (when applicable)

• Returned with all original tags attached

• Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Exchanges

Exchanges are gladly accepted within 14 days, subject to product availability.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Original artwork and commissioned pieces

• Atelier Originals, including handmade and upcycled creations

• Sale and clearance merchandise

• Greeting cards and stationery

• Food and edible products, including pet treats

• Opened candles, diffusers, and home fragrance products

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Return Shipping

For online orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Every order is carefully packed with the same attention and care we bring to our boutique. Once your order has been prepared, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Local Pickup

Prefer to visit us in person? We'd love to welcome you to Atelier & Co.

Simply select Local Pickup during checkout, and we'll thoughtfully prepare your order for collection at our Minnetonka boutique.

Because every order is carefully gathered and packaged by hand, please allow a few hours for us to prepare it. As soon as your order is ready, we'll send you a text message or email with pickup instructions.

We'll happily hold your order for two business days after you receive your pickup notification. If you need a little extra time, simply let us know—we're always happy to help whenever possible.
