Returns & Exchanges
At Atelier & Co., we hope you love every piece you bring home. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns on eligible merchandise under the following guidelines.
Returns
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders) for a refund to the original form of payment.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Unwashed (if applicable)
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome within 14 days, subject to product availability.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Original artwork and commissioned pieces
- Atelier Originals (including handmade and upcycled items)
- Sale and clearance merchandise
- Greeting cards and stationery
- Food and edible products, including pet treats
- Opened candles, diffusers, and home fragrance products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Return Shipping
For online orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
